In addition to being the founder and principal of Prime Property Partners in LaGrange, Ill., Dean Rouso also is the past president of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS® (MORe). As a highly respected and active member of the community, Rouso has built strong REALTOR relationships over the course of the past decade. For more than 9 years, he was the top-selling listing and selling agent for one of the nation’s largest residential brokerage firms. As a member of the LaGrange Business Association, Rouso couples his understanding of the community and its economic status with current real estate conditions and trends, in order to constantly provide his customers with updated information.
The forward-thinking Rouso is responsible for the overall operations and direction of the firm. He oversees the company’s client management services and has implemented an innovative plan of action applicable to all properties the company represents. As a business owner and entrepreneur, the accomplished Rouso also focuses on attracting and retaining knowledgeable and skilled agents with proven track records of success. Rouso underwent intensive formal training in negotiation strategy and skills. He was awarded the designation of Certified Negotiation Specialist from Coldwell Banker University and has attended numerous additional continuing education courses in negotiations. Over the past 9 years that Rouso has been associated with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Lagrange-Lagrange Park, he has very successfully negotiated more than $160 million dollars of real estate for more than 575 buyers and sellers.
Rouso takes a consultative approach in helping his team’s seller and buyer clients assess their needs and then discuss the most effective and efficient options available toward meeting their goals. He and his clients then design a personalized game plan or strategy that will result in the most beneficial client property sale or purchase based on using the power of the “Team” approach. Aside from staying on the cutting edge of the fast-moving real estate industry, Rouso focuses on designing innovative marketing plans for his seller’s properties that yields them the greatest price the marketplace will offer. He uses his vast knowledge of the real estate marketplace to help families and individuals buy and sell homes or take care of the details of their relocation.
In addition to being the current president of the Mainstreet Organization of REALTORS (MORe), the sixth largest Realtor Association in the nation with more than 14,000 members, Rouso was recently elected to the board of directors for the National Association of REALTORS.® He previously served as secretary-treasurer of MORe, as well as holding a board of directors seat for several years. Additional past roles include the board of directors for the LaGrange Business Association of which he also served as president in 2001.
